By downloading or using Notes Genie, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA"): Apple Standard EULA.

Notes Genie offers a free tier and optional Notes Genie Premium features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. Some features, such as sync, require sign-in.

Notes Genie Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks premium app features.

• Price: $2.99 per month after a 3-day free trial (pricing may vary by region and is shown in the App Store at purchase)
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Free trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable
• Managing your subscription: You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. We do not process subscription payments directly.

Notes Genie includes AI tools that process content you provide to generate responses, formatting suggestions, summaries, or other output.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using or sharing it.

You are responsible for the notes, chats, and other content you create, store, or share through Notes Genie.

You must have the rights to the content you submit and must not use the app to store or distribute unlawful or harmful material.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Abuse AI features or attempt to bypass usage or security limits
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Notes Genie at any time. We may also update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Notes Genieis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notes Genie and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app or subscriptions in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
